Applerose is a collection of very Experienced Agents and Account Managers that focus on insuring the same types of risks we have insured individually for more than 20 years. As a business owner that had a very bad claim in the 90’s I’ve spent the last 25 years trying to provide the HONEST service I would want from my agent if I didn’t know insurance.
Service First
The insurance industry over the last few years has been trying to cut costs by releasing experiences account managers and trying to replace them with Ai. We use technology and can do a teams, however the relationship with the insured and understanding each risk individually is most important. We believe in the GOLDEN RULE and try to serve our insureds the way we would want to be treated, with professionalism and transparency.
At least 50% of the agents insuring Condo Associations or Business owners try to keep the insured in the dark until the last minute. Business owners and Condo Associations need to know what to expect. Some years rates are going down and its good news and other years when rates are going up you need an agent honest enough to tell you what to expect and the markets we are going to try to get the best options.
Most agents spend more time Blocking markets than they do knowing the best markets to go to. Many agents will say they went to 20 markets for property when only 5 in the state will write that type of risk. We keep our insureds informed and let them know the markets we will be going to based on the risk.
Service Standards
- ANNUAL ACCOUNT REVIEW, 6 months prior to renewal to provide an update on the insurance market and what to expect with price and coverage at the renewal.
- RISK REVIEW, during the year it is our goal to help our insureds improve risk procedures, add to a safety plan, listen to the insured and provide the support they need and want
- 90 Days to Renewal, we review the markets we will be going to 6 months at the annual review and at 90 days to renewal we review how it is going with those companies and what to expect. As quotes come in we stay in touch with our insureds so they know what to expect.
- We provide our insureds a copy of the policies. Having done this a long time I still prefer providing a policy notebook in person but we can also provide it digitally.

- Set at time to meet in person or teams meeting with one of our agents experienced in your type of risk.
- Send information ahead of time to be reviewed by the agent or make sure the insurance notebook, policies, appraisal, mitigation reports are at the meeting for the review.
- Our agents have 20+ years experience insuring property, fleets and many types of business. After reviewing the information and asking enough questions they can normally let the association know quickly who we would recommend to compete against the current coverage.
